Marlow Auto Body from beginning to close out has supreme customer service and workmanship. When my representative didn't know the answer he quickly worked to resolve my questions! Now that the actual repair is done it was amazing!!! The paint for my severly damaged van looks impecable! The craftmanship says "we care". They made my vehicle/van look as if nothing had ever happened! I'm impressed and should I need any body work - I'd come back here! Thank you Taneika, Doug and Sheldon (and the office crew and repair team) for your excellent work and passion for this work!

When my Toyota truck was in an accident, my insurance company referred me to Marlow Auto Body for my estimate and repair work. From the minute I walked into the door, I was greeted with the most upbeat and professional crew which immediately made me feel comfortable with the insurance company's recommendation. The intake team was quick to offer service and make sure I got my rental vehicle too. It was so easy having Enterprise in the same building. My vehicle was finished before I expected and the workmanship was excellent. They even cleaned my truck inside and out. I would recommend them for repair service.

I was in an accident on a Monday, my grille, bumper and hood were badly damaged.  I took my car on Tuesday morning to have an estimate done as well as a date of completion.  I was advised I was looking at the following Monday or Tuesday as a completion date.  I was surprised and excited when I received a call Friday early morning advising that my car would be ready by the end of the day.  Marlow Auto Body was nice enough to thoroughly wash, vacuum and clean the interior of my car as well.  The quality of this wash was not like the free ones you get with an oil change but that of taking your car and spending the cash to get it detailed.  My car looks like a new car inside:). Thank you for providing superior service.  The staff was wonderful from beginning to end.  I worked with Ms. Carolyn Gordon and she kept me updated the entire time.  Thank you for getting my car back to me lightening fast and providing great service too!
